Roses Bouquet - Sweet Harmony

In January 20232 I ordered Golden Box Flower Bouquet for my mum and it was gorgeous. In Nov 2023, I ordered Roses Bouquet - Sweet Harmony with 25 roses for my dad's birthday. The customer service was very professional but the bouquet delivered was different from the one online and the roes looked pale pink, bland, and one-tone as opposed to the multi-tone pink roses shown online This was somewhat disappointing.
