I selected a mixed rose box. And finally received a box of red roses.
This completely missed the message I wanted to pass.
Red roses are good for your loved one at Valentine's day .
But that's not what I have selected.
This did create a big misunderstanding and I don't see how I can explain.
You should refund me the totality and make good to Stephanie and explain her the misunderstanding.
