Just wanted to relate my experience. I've ordered two helium ballons for a surprise birthday and one of them had popped up before delivery.

I was glad that you did the needful on time to replace it but you were out of stock for the golden ballon and I had no choice of taking a Rose gold (taking in consideration it was for a boy birthday).

I was disappointed because when I've received the balloon there was very little helium in it and more air because the ballon was almost down and by the evening it was totally down.

Hoping that next time I will get a good service and it it happened to be a balloon that it will be filled with helium than normal air.
