Incorrect cake flavor

Pros: Ordering was pretty easy since it's all online. Customer service answered all my queries while ordering and they even ask for an alternative number of the recipient the day before delivery. Flower is also more beautiful that what is in the pictures.
Cons: cake they delivered is incorrect. When I received the pictures, I immediately replied in the email that this seems to be the incorrect flavor. No one answered my query. Kind of disappointed on this part because I ordered one week prior so they have enough time to prepare the correct cake. It is also meant to be a surprise but the delivery man called the recipient 30mins before the delivery.

Overall, I'm thankful because I was able to surprise my loved one even if we are miles apart.
