Frustration is the word that comes to mind when I think of the service delivery.
Only to be told by the recipient this morning that the L’Occitane men’s set was NOT delivered with the ballons and the cake.
Rather Unfortunate!!!!!
May I demand for a refund on that part of the delivery…. Thank you

The unfortunate part was that the hotel reception staff took it up to the recipient's room much later, the timing of which we cannot influence indeed.
