Delivery person was super rude and ruined the surprise to the person receiving the order.
Also, the card provided looked like a toddler wrote it. Very not worth the money!!

I ordered this for Valentine’s Day for my fiancé in Mauritius while I’m abroad. Customer service was fantastic and very responsive. This particular box was nice. However they didn’t send the flowers in the photos published. The ones they sent in my box didn’t appeal to me much. My fiancé didn’t seem to mind it and loved it though. But maybe next time, give customers a choice on which flowers to add if it’s not going to be the same as the ones in the photos. Otherwise, the box was nice though. But that’s the reason for a 3 stars rating instead of 5 this time.
