Poor customer experience

I scheduled the delivery date and with no notice it was cancelled by Dodomarket on the day of delivery due to an issue with the payment. I wish customer services had contacted me prior say there was an issue and we could have tried again. I ended up re-ordering and paying the same day premium and it was therefore costly, time consuming and stressful. The product is good and was delivered after all which is why I will give 3 stars not 1.
