I ordered the heart shaped large Macaron box for my niece’s bday. I was told the macaron were a bit dry. The box looked nice but would have loved to have a few more flowers with the gypsophilia as advertised. The other issue was the delivery time! it could only be delivered in the afternoon which was not ideal. Overall good service and communication via email.
Hi..thank you for the delivery..recipient really liked the surprise. Customer service from time of order until delivery was amazing. Communication was flawless and patience of employees is really commendable.
Just 2 small recommendations:
1. Driver is already provided the address but they call and insist on sending them a location which is often not possible as we want to surprise the person and cannot call and ask them to provide a location. It defeats the purpose.
2. When ordering online, it is stated that card is free. However, my message was given on a blank white paper with a not so pleasant handwriting. I wasn't expecting a big card but atleat a small one. Definitely not the one she got. I can send a picture if needed.
3. Last but not the least, this is not a complaint but a suggestion to make you guys improve your service.
