This is my first time ordering with Dodomarket, and it was a wonderful experience. Communication was great, I received regular updates along the way and a photo of the flower arrangement which was delivered on time. The flowers look fresh and nice, close to order on website. A big thank you to Chloe and Tirousha for their excellent customer service! I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again and highly recommend to others.

The flowers and overall presentation were beautiful, and the gift was well received.
However, I was disappointed that the shoes included in the “Baby Toy Customised Bubble Balloon – Bubble with Toy & Shoes” package were completely different from those shown in the product photos. The shoes advertised were one of the reasons I chose this option, and had the actual shoes delivered been shown on the website, I would not have selected it.
I contacted customer service with photos comparing the advertised product and the item delivered, but have not received a response despite being asked to leave a review.
A lovely presentation, but my experience was let down by the discrepancy between the advertised product and what was delivered, and by the lack of customer service follow-up.
The bouquet looked beautiful and my friend was very pleased with it!! Thank you!
