The flowers and overall presentation were beautiful, and the gift was well received.
However, I was disappointed that the shoes included in the “Baby Toy Customised Bubble Balloon – Bubble with Toy & Shoes” package were completely different from those shown in the product photos. The shoes advertised were one of the reasons I chose this option, and had the actual shoes delivered been shown on the website, I would not have selected it.
I contacted customer service with photos comparing the advertised product and the item delivered, but have not received a response despite being asked to leave a review.
A lovely presentation, but my experience was let down by the discrepancy between the advertised product and what was delivered, and by the lack of customer service follow-up.
The bouquet looked beautiful and my friend was very pleased with it!! Thank you!
Was delivered without problem
I am a very happy customer who purchased these flowers as a gift. Lovely to see the photo of them on their way to be delivered and excellent communication from DodoMarket before delivery.
I ordered these flowers from overseas via the website and it was really easy to select flowers, design and delivery date. The recipient of the flowers was delighted with them and said they were beautiful. Tracking was really helpful along with providing a photo of the order. Great service, customer care and follow up :-)
