It's maybe the 3rd time I send a gift through Dodo Market and I've never been disappointed, just like the people on the receiving end. The products are of great quality (can only speak for the flowers and chocolates), and the fact that they're available on WhatsApp makes the process so smooth and stress free. Definitely recommend.
Hi, it was a very pleasant experience. My wife loved the bouquet and was surprised. One improvement i believe could bring to the service is the choice of the bouquet type during the purchase. There are different types of Flowers Bouquet - More Than Words when you select it, but we cannot really chose the type we want. As example, when I choose the bouquet, only yellow one appeared and I cannot mentioned that I would like the other bouquet. So this improvement could enhance the choice online. Overall experience was superb, the team was well responsive and provide feedback regularly and the bouquet was lovely.

They have been very reliable and easy to contact via email to tweak arrangements.
The products and customer service are good and they have an online payment system which accepts overseas credit cards. They have delivered on time and contacted the recipient in Mauritius beforehand to arrange a suitable time for delivery.
