Unclaimed gifts expire after the period you set, from 1 to 365 days, and automatic reminders go out before expiry. Budget reserved for unclaimed gifts is released or refunded according to your campaign settings — you only spend on gifts people actually receive.
Yes. Your wallet balance acts as your budget ceiling, and you can assign roles — admin, finance, and sender. All activity is tracked in your dashboard and invoices are generated automatically.

We handle projects of all sizes, from 10 to 10,000+ gifts. Our team manages the whole process — design, product sourcing, packing, and coordinated delivery — so you can focus on your business while we run the logistics of your gifting campaign.
Yes. We guarantee delivery on the date you specify, with most orders arriving in the early afternoon. We cannot commit to an exact time, but around 90% of deliveries are completed before 4 PM. For recipient-choice campaigns, the recipient picks their own delivery date when they claim the gift.
We deliver throughout Mauritius, including Rodrigues on request. We do not currently ship internationally. Corporate deliveries run Monday to Friday.
