Presentation of the bag, scarf is beautiful and the personalization a wonderful touch . Unsure how long delivery may have been, paid for ‘ today’ delivery option. It was delivered at the end of the day after. The flowers were not so fresh- especially the roses.

I made the order from overseas to have some Diwali Sweets dropped off at an Auntie's home, and the entire process was fantastic! Upon receiving your feedback, we immediately investigated the matter and spoke with the driver involved in the delivery in Grand Bel Air. We found that there was a delay in the delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We understand that the funeral was approaching, and we can imagine how upsetting it must have been for the recipient to not receive the flowers on time.
