The cupcakes did not look as professional as in the pictures.

Disapointed

I am disappointed that the cupcakes were not transported in a cooler, as they were delivered melted. This has caused me embarrassment because it was meant to be a surprise for my friend on the occasion of her birthday. Please see the attached pictures for reference.
