Yes. For a hospital, give us the patient's full name and the ward or department, and we hand the delivery to reception - hospitals do not allow a driver to walk onto a ward, and visiting rules change, so reception is always the safe drop. For an office such as Rogers House or the MCB head office, add the company name and floor and we leave it with the front desk during working hours.
