Beautiful flowers but unsatisfying delivery. The delivery agent was very rude and unprofessional especially for a Funeral.

Upon receiving your feedback, we immediately investigated the matter and spoke with the driver involved in the delivery in Grand Bel Air. We found that there was a delay in the delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We understand that the funeral was approaching, and we can imagine how upsetting it must have been for the recipient to not receive the flowers on time. We have since spoken with the recipient and apologized for the delay. We are happy to hear that the flowers were delivered just before the funeral and hope that they were able to provide some comfort during this difficult time.

I ordered funeral flowers from Dodomarket. As expected address details in Mauritius does not include house number. Therefore it was a little difficult for the delivery driver to find the place. However, they did not let this stop them and went the extra mile to find the place and deliver the flowers on schedule. They also kept me up to date via email and even called me in UK to get more info on address. Very pleased with the service and flowers.
