Very Disappointed!!

Was impressed with all the online reviews and also experienced my own birthday cake compliments of my niece.
Unfortunately none of my requests for the modifications to my order was followed despite communication by email and what’s app!!
Delivery at 15.30 , too late for me to make alternative arrangements!!
