Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
- Manage a significant volume of phone calls, emails, and chat messages daily, ensuring prompt, accurate, and courteous responses.
- Efficiently track orders with precision and attention to detail.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
- Resolve customer service issues promptly, accurately, and in alignment with company guidelines, with a focus on maintaining and enhancing customer loyalty.
- Handle order verification, address damaged orders, and coordinate reshipments effectively.
- Willingness to work at least one day during weekends.
- Demonstrate a quick grasp of new concepts and processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- School Certificate or Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
- Proficient in professional communication via email and telephone, demonstrating courtesy and professionalism at all times.
- Strong computer skills, including proficient data entry and keyboarding abilities.
- Collaborative mindset, capable of contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; bilingual proficiency is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences as evidenced by customer feedback.
