Beautiful Presentation, Disappointing Taste

While the cake was beautifully decorated, it appeared very dense, hard, and dry. This was quite disappointing, as none of our guests wanted to indulge in it, and we were ultimately left to discard the cake. I had expected it to be soft, moist, and delicious.

Given the circumstances, I would appreciate it if you could offer a partial refund or provide some form of goodwill gesture. I hope you take this feedback on board, as I had high hopes for the quality of the cake based on your presentation.

The cake was very beautiful and delicious. However, since it's a cake for 10 people, I would have expected more macarons, at least 5. Overall, very nice experience, from ordering to delivery. Respectful delivery driver also.
