A bit disappointed with the packaging of the chocolate compared to the picture I was sent. It was nothing like that.
The look of the cheesecake was beautiful. But the cheesecake contains too much jelly and lack cheese.t I have eaten multiple non-baked cold cheesecakes and i was hoping it will be very good and i will be able to order more next time. unfortunately it wasnot the case.

I was a bit unsure at first when ordering from the UK, but I’m really glad I went ahead. The cupcakes arrived exactly as promised, beautifully made and very fresh. The person I sent them to was delighted. From placing the order to the delivery, the whole process was smooth and the service was excellent. I will definitely order again.

I wanted to surprise my other half however she received a different think of what I ordered, they change completely the item and they never informed me. The delivery process was a mess and the excuse was that the driver was new. I used before and was fine but this time I was very disappointed The only thing that was very good was Sarvesh he is very kind, however didn't solved my problem.
The item that was received are completely different from what I ordered, including the confetti, which was not as shown.For the price I paid, the quality and accuracy of this order are really not worth it

Delivery was OK _ but the Delivery staff asked for my mum of 73 to send a location on WhatsApp even though i had already provided the same earlier this morning.... This is a lack of surprise element i feel from the staff...

However, I wanted to bring to your attention that this time, my parents received the sweet box with the cakes a bit messy inside. I presume that not much care was taken during delivery. As it was Diwali, I completely understand that it must have been a very busy time, so no hard feelings at all as my parents were elated that despite being far , I could send some sweetness to them.
I just wanted to kindly request that more care be taken with deliveries in the future. As a suggestion, it might be helpful for management to consider allowing customers to choose preferred delivery slots,for example, early delivery or afternoon delivery,based on their availability of the recipient. This could make the experience even smoother and more convenient for everyone.
