Great customer service but the product is not value for money. Paying Rs2500 getting only 3 macarons seriously?! And the sticker on the balloon is small it looks good in photo but not in reality. Such a big ballon and just a small sticker... Really disappointed

Puisque mon avis est requis, je suis déçue par les points suivants:
1. J'avais indiqué 16h30 pour la livraison et le panier a été livré à midi. La personne était en route pour un déjeuner vers le nord. Elle a dû faire demi tour pour venir réceptionner le panier. Ce qui n'était pas agréable, son plan a été décalé sur toute la journée.
2. Les macarons étaient durs et c'était typiquement du biscuit.
3. Aucune carte était incluse. Le message était imprimé sur un morceau de papier simple et coĺler au panier.
I am so grateful i found your website. It was so easy to order flowers ans a cake for my mum's birthday, from overseas. The flowers were fresh and in abundance. My mum said to mention that the delivery person was very kind, which of course, made the experience memorable. Thank you so much again. Many of us are far away from our parents and having such an easy to order service makes things easier.
I ordered these flowers from overseas via the website and it was really easy to select flowers, design and delivery date. The recipient of the flowers was delighted with them and said they were beautiful. Tracking was really helpful along with providing a photo of the order. Great service, customer care and follow up :-)

Great product and delivered on time
Delivered exactly when scheduled and the photo looked even better than I expected. My mother loved the surprise. I've been using this service for a few years now to send gifts to my parents and they have always been reliable and professional.
